| Shady Lane Acres Boer Goats (Portland, Tennessee) The dream of a farm that produces quality market kids and replacement breeding stock began in 2002 with one buck, eight does, and a borrowed pasture. With a lot of hard work, some tough lessons learned, and some times of rejoicing, we began to grow towards our ultimate goal of a profitable operation producing prime goat meat and quality replacement stock. With that being said, we have made a decision which gives us great sadness. Because of health and other personal issues, we find ourselves at that place where we feel it best to sell the herd we've worked hard to build for the last six years. Every animal listed on the following pages is for sale. We will gladly entertain any reasonable offers for either all or part of the herd.
